Friendship Hotel

Overview Built in 1954, the hotel bares a historic significance of the friendship between the Soviets and the Chinese Communist. As the largest garden hotel in Asia, it has been recorded into World Architecture Annals published by Cambridge in UK for its large area and typical folk style. Though the buildings are beginning to look tired from its age, it is compensated by the great service provided by its personable staff.

Room The hotel has 1180 standard rooms and suites in Buildings 1,2,3 and 4. Building 1 is virtually a five star rating, with deluxe and classic rooms. Rooms in the newly renovated Building 4 are bright and comfortable. The rooms in Building 2 and 3 are welcoming and cozy. They can meet the various expectations of guests.

Facilities The indoor swimming pool is spacious and bright. The glass roof can be opened to enjoy the fresh air in summer. They are spacious, brilliantly lit and well equipped. Other facilities include a ping pong table, a snooker table, fitness room, aerobics room, Yoga room and mini golf. There is also a lounge bar with broadband internet access. You can surf the net over a cup of delicious coffee.

Location Beijing Friendship Hotel is located at the southwestern corner of Sitong Bridge, North Third Ring Road. It is adjacent to Peking University, Chinese People’s University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Shuang An Market, Modern Plaza and Golden Resources Shopping Mall. The hotel can be easily reached by several public buses and the on-going Beijing No.4 Subway.
